• DISCHARGE PRINTING
  Discharge printing is a process by which we chemically remove the die from a garment then inject color into the natural cotton color using water-based inks. This finish gives the garment a softer hand and a more natural feel. This technique is primarily used on darker garments that are 100% cotton.

​

• FOIL PRINTING
  Foil stamping gives a bright metallic finish. It can be applied to any garment that can withstand the heat and the curing process. It works well as a mixed medium using single color Plastisol or water-based ink. Standard colors are: Gold, Silver, Copper, Pink, Red, Purple, Royal and a psychedelic swirl.

• PLASTISOL PRINTING
  A standard process in the industry, Plastisol is versatile and vibrant using PVC particles that are suspended in a plasticizing emulsion. It is the easiest process for PMS matching on a wide range of colored garments. Because it does not dry on the screen it has consistent run capabilities, which lowers quality control percentages.

• 4 COLOR PROCESS PRINTING
  For photographic prints or when artwork has been created using CMYK combining a full spectrum of colors. 4-color process is the most economical way to print. The colors blend with a more translucent look making PMS matching more difficult. To add vibrancy, spot colors can be added if needed. This process is primarily used on lighter color garments.

• SIMULATED PROCESS PRINTING

• If your color design incorporates half tone images of spot colors, this process will work best. Images will have a photo-like result but are not printed with the same CMYK process as 4 Color Process. Simulated process prints well on both light and dark shirts.

• OVERSIZED PRINTING
  With a film output of 42” wide, we can now screen print larger areas for the same cost as a regular print. To do this, we utilize wing pallets that allow us to print over sleeves, collars and seems.

SPECIALTY INKS

​

​

• WATER-BASED INKS
  For the environmentally conscious, water-based inks have a thin viscosity making them perfect for printing over seams, collars and full bleeds. This process gives the garment a soft hand and leaves a small carbon footprint.

​

• HIGH-DENSITY INK
  When depth and texture are needed high-density inks are the answer. Does not work well for designs with intricate detail or thin lines.

​

• PUFF INK
  Puff is the softer version of high density. This ink is applied as a one-color imprint and will rise during the drying process. Puff inks can create many different textures when over printed with other colors.

​

• DISTRESSED EFFECT
  That old-time feeling is easily achieved with distressed or shattered inks. Gives the appearance of a crackling or worn base when cured.

​

• REFLECTIVE INK
  Where safety is concerned, reflective ink works best. Titanium or Silver is can be applied by itself or used as an accent to a multi-colored design.

​

• METALLIC INK
  Matte colorization gives a lustrous metal look without the shine of foil. Colors available, Gold, Antique Gold, Silver, Bronze, Red, Blue Green, and Black.

• GLOW IN THE DARK INK
  By the light of day or the dark of night, your design will be seen using fluorescent inks. Blue, Green, Red, Orange or Yellow.

​

• SPARKLING FLAKES
  This simple clear ink infused with crystalline flakes works well by itself or as a color overlay.

​

• GEL INK
  Wet and shiny is the fun effect this ink offers. The gel overlay can be applied clear or tinted for a thick gel looking accent. Often used to highlight beads of water, sweat or condensation.
