ORDERING

Orders are accepted either by phone fax mail or email. Orders placed by phone must be confirmed in writing within 24 hours. Classic Caps will not start production until written confirmation is received. Instruction should be made as clearly as possible. If you have questions, call us; otherwise, the interpretation of the order is left to our discretion.

Your initial order requires a 50% deposit at the time of your order and the balance COD, cash, cashier’s check or money order or credit card unless credit application is completed and approved. For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. A credit card submittal form can be downloaded here and faxed to: 214.748.3166 or emailed to rosalie@classicce.com

Credit applications are also available for download and require approximately one week for approval. All changes to your order must be confirmed in writing and have factory approval. Orders cannot be canceled except by agreement with the factory. Cancel orders will be invoiced for all material and labor prior to cancellation.

Due to difficulty in manufacturing exact quantities, we reserve the right to ship 5 % over or under quantities ordered as a complete order. If exact quantities are required, please notify your sales representative when placing order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
